This financial support is intended to help families access medical care and devices according to their resources. It can be free or very low monthly payments.

It allows you to benefit from:

– Visits to medical professionals: hospital, doctor, dentist, physiotherapist, etc.,
– Free access to medicines,
– Free access to most eyewear, hearing or dental aids, etc.,
– Free access to medical devices: dressings, canes, wheelchairs, etc.

Your medical expenses are paid by compulsory health insurance organizations and the organization you have chosen to manage your C.S.S.

C.S.S. depends on your:

- Earned income

- Allowances

- Amenities

- Pension

- Property income

Household caps of annual income:

- 1 person €9,571

- 2 people €14,357

- 3 people €17,229

- 4 people €20,100

per each additional person €3,829

The new Solidarity Complementary Health (C.S.S.) replaced the Universal Complementary Health Cover (C.M.U.-C.) and the Aid for Complementary Health (A.C.S.) on November 1, 2019.

Its objective is to make it possible to manage all the members of the same family with a single request, to group together all the health aids into a single device, and to put an end to the remaining charges for eyewear, dental care, hearing aids, etc.
